After 13 years in the Fitness Industry, I know what it takes to take even the most inexperienced gym goers to a level they never thought possible.

People often have no idea what to expect when hiring a personal trainer and are frequently a little nervous about what’s going to happen on those first sessions.

Well, don’t worry!

I always provide a consultation before setting foot in the gym so that we can get to know one another. Primarily, this is so that I can establish your health and fitness goals, current state of health and fitness, and medical history. It also allows you to ask any other questions you may have.

Following this, I will provide a comprehensive assessment of your posture, core function, and movement ability, from which I will formulate your exercise and stretching programmes.

Obviously, most of my clients don’t work out with me every time they come to the gym; Therefore, I provide advice on what you should be doing in your own time in order that you achieve the best results in the least amount of time.

My support is always available so you never feel like you are working alone.

So, try this, write out your top 5 health and fitness related goals, write down what it would mean to you to achieve these goals – imagine how you would feel, what opportunities would open up for you, and what it would mean to your family!  Write this down.
